Pregnancy and new motherhood is a time of incredible change, physically and psychologically. I offer safe, effective and scientifically informed prenatal and postnatal personal training, helping you feel strong, healthy, empowered and confident as a new mother. I’ll work with you to adapt exercises to your evolving needs – I have a specialist qualification in perinatal exercise, allowing me to support you from the first trimester to the third, and beyond.

Whether you’ve never really exercised before and want to unlock the many benefits of prenatal exercise, or you’re experienced at working out but find yourself stymied by confusing pregnancy exercise guidelines, I can help. We’ll focus on keeping good form to strengthen and protect your body, relieving pregnancy symptoms such as back pain and continuously adapting exercises so you can train safely and sustainably for as long as you feel comfortable. Once you’ve had your 8 week doctor’s check, we can work together to sustainably build your confidence and fitness, while relieving postpartum symptoms such as a weakened pelvic floor or core, and back pain. Your program will be bespoke to your body and your unique needs – and I help make exercise accessible by training you at your home, in a nearby public space, or online.
